A site built around how your business actually takes work. Someone lands on it, and the thing you want them to do next is the easiest thing on the page.
What you get.
Up to five pages, written for you
We write the copy from a conversation with you, rather than asking you to fill a template. Home, services, about, contact, and one more where it earns a page.
A booking or enquiry flow that lands somewhere useful
Enquiries arrive in your inbox, your calendar, or wherever you already work. Not a form that emails a spreadsheet nobody opens.
Fast on a phone, and findable
Most of your visitors are on a phone with two bars. Pages load in under a second, and the search basics are set up properly rather than promised.
Your domain, your accounts, your code
Everything is created in your name from day one. If you ever stop working with us, nothing has to move and nothing is held.
How it goes.
Day 1
One call
We go through how work actually reaches you today, and what you want the site to do about it.
Days 2–4
Built
Design and copy together, not design then copy. You see a working link, not a picture of one.
Days 5–6
Two rounds of changes
You send notes, we make them. Twice, included.
Day 7
Live
On your accounts, with a walkthrough of how to change things yourself.
Then choose how it runs.
Every option ends with you owning it. The only difference is how much of the upkeep you want to think about.
Handoff
No monthlynothing ongoing to us
You run it yourself
Set up on hosting in your own name, with you, before we finish
Written down plainly so any developer can pick it up
A walkthrough of how to change things yourself
Ask us anything when something comes up
You would rather own the whole thing outright.
Care
$29per month
We keep it running
Hosting, certificates, and uptime watched
Weekly backups you can roll back to
Security and dependency updates
Up to 30 minutes of text and image changes a month
One place to send anything that breaks
You want a working website and no admin.
Fern
$79per month
Text it, and the site changes
Everything in Care
Your own assistant, right inside iMessage
Text it like a person: swap a photo, add a menu, write a post
Changes go live in about a minute, without you logging in
Standing jobs it runs on its own: search, posts, availability
You change things often and do not want to wait on anyone.
Included at $79 a month
It lives in your iMessage.
Fern sits in your messages, next to your family and your customers. Nothing to install, nothing to log into, no new app to learn. You text it the way you text anyone.
Fern
swap the photo on the front page for the one I just sent
Done. It is live now, and the old one is saved if you want it back.
add thanksgiving to the availability page, we are booked
Added, and marked as booked. Anything else that week?
write a short post about the winter menu
Delivered
Drafted 180 words from your menu page. Want to read it before it goes up?
iMessage
01
You text it in plain words.
02
It makes the change and tells you what it did.
03
It is live in about a minute. No logins, no invoice for a paragraph.
Fern can change the site. It cannot delete it. Every version is kept, so anything can be put back, and your original photographs can never be overwritten.
You can also set it running on its own:
Search upkeep — pages that answer what people actually type, refreshed month after month
Blog posts written from what your business already does
Event and availability updates as your calendar changes
Anything else on a schedule. If you can describe it, it can run.
Third-party costs — your domain, and hosting beyond a free tier — are billed to your own accounts, in your name. We never mark them up.
A site that does the work rather than describing it. People sign in, book, pay, and see their own records, and your team runs the whole thing from one screen instead of four tabs and a spreadsheet.
What you get.
Accounts, for you and for them
Customers sign in and see only their own bookings, files, and history. Your team sees the queue, and who is meant to be doing what.
Payments that reconcile themselves
Deposits, invoices, and receipts through Stripe, tied to the job they belong to, so nobody is matching a bank line to a name by hand.
It works on a phone without an app store
Installs to the home screen and opens like an app. No review process, no download, and a change you ask for can ship the same day.
Connected to what you already run
Calendar, email, accounting, and whatever else the work touches. The point is one place to look, not a fifth system to keep updated.

No app store. It installs to a phone’s home screen and opens like an app, so a change you ask for on Monday can be live on Monday rather than waiting on a review queue.
Your team’s side of a web app. Customers get their own sign-in and see only their own jobs, files, and invoices.
How it goes.
Week 1
Scope
A short call to agree what version one does, and what it deliberately leaves out.
Weeks 2–4
Build
A working link every week, on your real data, so you steer while it is still cheap to steer.
Week 5
Your team uses it
Tested on live work, including the awkward cases, before anyone outside sees it.
Week 5+
Live
On your accounts, documented, with the team walked through it.
If you need to be in the App Store — push notifications, offline, an icon on the home screen — that is the app offer below. If you do not, a web app gets you there faster and cheaper.
Two weeks inside one part of your business. We sit with the people actually doing the work, find where the time goes, and come back with specific systems worth building — and the ones that are not.
What you get.
A map of how the work really runs
Every handoff, wait, exception, and decision, drawn from what your team tells us rather than from the process document nobody follows.
What it costs you today
Hours and money, calculated from your own volume and labour figures. Where a number is missing we say so and show the assumption instead of inventing one.
Three to five proposals, ranked
Plotted by what each one is worth against what it takes to build, so the order to do them in is obvious rather than argued about.
A fixed price for anything you want built
Written scope, timeline, and price. You are free to take it to another shop, or to do none of it. The audit stands on its own.
The shortlist from a real audit, ranked the way we present it. The first project comes out of the top-left corner. The bottom-right is the one we talk you out of.
How it goes.
Week 1
We listen
Three to five interviews with the people who run the operation, plus whoever owns it. Recorded, with permission.
Week 1
We map it
The current process end to end, with the friction marked: what eats time, and what quietly goes wrong.
Week 2
We rank it together
A working session on the shortlist, so the final priority is one you helped set rather than one handed to you.
Week 2
You get the report
Presented live, then written up. Recommendations, a 90-day sequence, and prices.
The audit is a fixed fee whatever it finds. If the honest answer is that nothing here is worth automating, that is the answer you get.
iOS & Android appFrom $7,500six weeks up, scoped first
A real app on both stores, built from one codebase so you are not paying twice for the same product. Under your own developer accounts, shipped, not just handed over as source.
What you get.
One build, both stores
React Native, so iPhone and Android come from the same code. It feels native on each rather than a website in a wrapper.
The parts that are actually hard
Accounts and sign-in, payments, push notifications, and working offline where the job needs it. These are where app projects usually stall.
A build in your hands every two weeks
Installed on your own phone through TestFlight and Play testing, so you are using it long before launch instead of reviewing screenshots.
Submission handled, on your accounts
Store listings, screenshots, review responses, and signing keys — set up in your name, so the app is yours and stays yours.
