A public front door for a business that ran on referrals
The problem
An aircraft detailing and flight instruction operation with an established customer base had nothing for a new client to find. Every inquiry arrived through someone who already knew them, which capped new business at the size of the founders’ network.
What we did
We scoped a deliberately narrow build: a public site that explains the services, and inquiry routing that lands in the inbox the team already watches all day.
Where it landed
The site is live and inquiries route directly to the team. Domain, hosting, and DNS were configured in their name and handed over, so they run it without us.
